The owner of any Electrical Installation up to 650V shall certify his Electrical Installation himself / by taking assistance of Licensed Electrical Contractor or Supervisor Permit holderby submitting to the supplier
| i. | Form-Ifor voltage up to and including 250V |
| (Or) | |
| ii. | Form-II for the voltage exceeding 250V and up to& including 650V |
| Whichever is applicable for the particular installation. | |
Based on Self-Certification given by the owner, the supply for commencement or recommencement after shut down for six months and above will be released by the supplier.
| i. | Total number of Installations for which Supply was released by DISCOMS(TSNPDCL and TSSPDCL) during year 2016-2017 : 1,47,122 |
| ii. | Number of Installations for which inspection was not required by this department and Supply was released (i.e. upto 650V) during year 2016-2017 : 1,46,918 |
| iii. | Number of Installations for which Approvals were accordedby this Department during year 2016-17 : 908 |
Based on Self-Certification given by the owner, the supply for commencement or recommencement after shut down for six months and above will be released by the supplier.
