Click on Existing User Registration in the home page of the Electrical Inspectorate
Department (http://tsceig.cgg.gov.in/).

In the Entrepreneur's window, select the Service - Under Data Entry tab - Application for
Inspection for Installation approval. |

Upload Load list particulars |
4. |
Upload relevant documents as per list. |
5. |
Upload Work Commencement and Completion Cum Test Report. |
6. |
In the payment window, make the payment online. |
7. |
Make the payment and once it is successfully paid, you will get the Acknowledgement. |
8. |
Pre scrutiny process will start. The uploaded list and relevant documents will be sent to the
concerned officer for verification of file. |
9. |
If there is any query from the Department, it will be visible on the Entrepreneur's Inspection
Approval Queries/Payment. |
10. |
Respond to the query and submit. |
11. |
The concerned officer will intimate the inspection date and carry out the inspection on the
inspection date. |
12. |
After Completion of Inspection, Form of Order will be uploaded by the concerned officer on
the Entrepreneur's Application. |
13. |
Respond to the defects and submit compliance Report. |
14. |
Once approved by the concerned officer of the Electrical Inspectorate Department, the
viewable/downloadable Approval certificate is available on Entrepreneur's View Installation
Applications. |

i. |
Chief Electrical Inspector to Govt. in case of total aggregate transformer capacity is 1000KVA
and above |
ii. |
Divisional officer in case of below 1000KVA |
iii. |
Chief Electrical Inspector to Govt. in case of total aggregate generating capacity is 1000KVA and above. |
iv. |
Divisional officer in case of total aggregate generating capacity is above 125 KVA and below 1000KVA. |
v. |
Sub-Divisional officer in case of total aggregate generating capacity is 125 KVA or below and above 10 KW . |
