Click on New User Registration in the home page of the Electrical Inspectorate Department (http://tsceig.cgg.gov.in/) and fill up the required
information details and create a new User ID and password.

Use the created User ID and password in the Registered User Login to login into the Entrepreneur's window. |

In the Entrepreneur's window, select the Data Entry-Application for Installation for Electrical
Design Approval and fill up the required information details |
| 4. |
After reading the list for Submission of Drawings, Attach the required drawings as per list. |
| 5. |
Press on 'Submit'. |
| 6. |
Pre scrutiny process will start. The drawings will be sent to the concerned officer for verification of
information submitted. The officer will verify the information submitted. |

If there is any query from the Department, it will be visible on the Entrepreneur's Application
Design Approval Queries /payment Details. |

Respond to the query and submit |
| 9. |
The concerned officer will verify the drawings as per the required standards and raise the required
amount for design approval, it will be visible on the Entrepreneur's Application Design Approval
Queries /payment Details. |
| 10. |
Click on 'online Payment' for making the payment. |
| 11. |
In the payment window, select the Bank from which you wish to make the payment through Net Banking. |
| 12. |
Make the payment and once it is successfully paid, you will get the Acknowledgement. |
| 13. |
Save the Acknowledgement for your future reference. |
| 14. |
The concerned officer will carry out the detailed assessment of design in line with the specifications and raise queries if required |
| 15. |
If there is any query from the Department, it will be visible on the Entrepreneur's Application Design Approval Queries /payment Details. |
| 16. |
Respond to the query and submit. |
| 17. |
The Electrical design drawings will be signed by the concerned officer |
| 18. |
Once Approved/Conditionally Approved by the Electrical Inspectorate Department, the Uploaded
Drawing Approval is available on Entrepreneur's View Installation Applications. |

Chief Electrical Inspector to Govt. in case of total aggregate transformer capacity is 1000KVA
and above |
| ii. |
Divisional officer in case of below 1000KVA |
| iii. |
Chief Electrical Inspector to Govt. in case of total aggregate generating capacity is 1000KVA and above. |
| iv. |
Divisional officer in case of total aggregate generating capacity is above 125 KVA and below 1000KVA. |
| v. |
Sub-Divisional officer in case of total aggregate generating capacity is 125 KVA or below and above 10 KW . |
